Due to the fluctuating cost of aircraft fuel, RexAir has decided to introduce a flexible fuel-surcharge, which will be charged per hour of Hobbs time. We feel this is the fairest and most flexible way to share the additional real cost with you, rather than increase the hourly rental rate of the aircraft. The fuel surcharge will only be in effect when our cost per gallon equals $3.30 or more. The RexAir fuel surcharge will be updated every Friday as the cost per gallon will fluctuate with Naples Airport Authority. RexAir purchases fuel at a bulk rate to help keep the costs lower for our company and for our customers. Please refer to the chart below.

Effective July 1, 2006 our fuel reimbursement was increased from $2.50 per gallon to $3.00 per gallon. If fuel is purchased at a location other than the Naples Airport , a receipt must be provided in order to receive a reimbursement at $3.00 per gallon. In order to receive the fuel reimbursement, the fuel purchased must cost more than $3.00/gal. Please make sure you leave Naples Airport with full tanks in the aircraft.
